We painted my bathroom a soft yellow last fall and I love it. The walls in my room are actually an oliveish green (which I didn't pick out), and I love them too (I know... strange coming from the queen of blue). I think I like the different colors because they are different from anything else I've had...

Now the walls are a pale, silvery-gray. Light and airy, which, for me, means freedom with the rest of the room. Though in my indecisiveness, I still haven't hung anything on the walls.

I actually love the green walls, but I hear what you're saying. It's the same way with hair color. The more novel the color, the shorter lived my interest in it. I've been toying with the idea of a blonde and pink weave for years, but it would be expensive and I'm afraid I would tire of it within days. What color did you choose after the granny green?
