I’ve had to simplify life while Evan is away, and that’s why I haven’t been able to update much. Really, it’s because I’ve got my hands full with these babies.

Emily has been a constant source of entertainment, singing on the phone for Grama Debbie and Grampa Scott and saying, “Ponies! I love you!” during Mansfield Park (which seems to be scorned by many of the reviewers on Amazon. I’ve never read the novel, but I enjoyed watching this adaptation.) and begging a stranger for a banana in the waiting room at the doctor’s office. And Jacob has been smiling more than ever, which is just great.
So I haven’t had time to craft since I’m squeezing Wii Fit in every chance I get. I love love love this new contraption. I love unlocking new exercises. I love checking my BMI. I love seeing improvement on my balance. Wii Fit is just about the most genius way you can spend $90.

That is the sweetest thing. Nekkid siblings are precious.
Way to go with Wii Fit. I think I’ll attempt to join you in the quest for not allowing sweets and junk food into the house.
Okay, when Evan comes back from his trip, it’ll be high time for a date. Seriously, give us a call. A night away from the kids’ll change your life.

Ah, look at those little punkinheads. So cute! Isn’t it funny how much bigger and sturdier the older child looks once a new little one arrives?

I’ve been wanting a picture of the two of them together. How adorable. Although Jacob looks a little anxious about what his sister might be plotting.

Naked babies are the best. I miss you.

Amen to the no sweets and the Wii fit. I am so envious of your Wii fit. I want one. I may have to come over when we move back to “try” it out.

Thanks, everyone, for the baby love! You know, it’s hard to get those kiddos together long enough to snap a picture… especially a happy one.
Aww, Abby, I miss you too! Let’s hang out soon.
Erin- You’ve gotta come try it! You’re welcome anytime.
Amanda- Okay!
