I've got an AWESOME recipe for some choc chunk cookies that has coffee in them. They're our all-time favorite choc chip cookie. It's in my Southern Living incredible cookies cook book. But you can find it on www.myrecipes.com and search Heavenly Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

I think the recipe on the back of the Nestle chocolate chips is the best....but that may be because it's the one my grandmother always made. I never altered it to try and make it more healthy. There are just some things you don't mess with :0)

Ruthanne- Can you believe that suitcase was less than $3?!?!

Dawn- Why don't they just close 30 minutes earlier? This baffles me.

Rachel- I almost made the recipe on the back of the bag, but then I went with an oatmeal-chocolate chip recipe in my Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. It was almost identical besides the flour being partially replaced with oats. Yummy!

At my Not-Quite-Quality Thrift Store, they used to stop accepting payments 30 minutes before closing. It was always aggravating, since I was told that it was really to just calculate totals and make up deposit slips.

Don't you hate that feeling of them turning off the lights before it's really closing time? Makes you feel like you're going to get trapped in the store and forgotten!

Kristena. That suitcase is great.
