…which is on my bed. :) How about some yummy crafting in bed?
I found this tray at the Quality Thrift Store for $2.98, and it’s solid walnut. How awesome is that? So it has become my Portable Crafting Room. Perfect for corralling all those little bits and pieces, and perfect for moving from dining table to couch to bed… while you watch things like election results, ya know. :)
From the tray, can you guess what’s on my mind?

With Halloween, the time change, and Election Day behind us, are we ready to talk about Christmas yet?

Okay, your picture makes me want to sit on a cozy couch, watch Christmas movies all day, and hear a fire crackling in the background (while I craft of course)! Ah, that would be dreamy. I guess I’ll take care of little kids instead :).
Excellent idea on the tray. I was using my cutting board for the same thing while making hairclips the other night. But an actual tray is way cooler and cuter.

I have been keeping an eye out at the thrift stores for that EXACT reason…I currently have all the pieces for a beaded, embroidered project perched on the arm of the couch, and a tray would be a PERFECT alternative! :p
