If it were my choice I’d go with “seafoam”. I’m not wild about the color in your bathroom. It’s that nondescript grey brown that is not pleasant. Warm, almost golden, distinctly brown beiges are nice. But NOT grey-brown.

I hate beige too…..I refer to it as builder’s beige as all the houses in this area it’s the color builders paint the walls inside with white or builder’s beige woodwork.

Tackroom…….room where harnesses, saddles, etc., for horses is kept….or that’s what I think is stored there…I do know something to do with horses.

Honey, you’re doing great- it took me 7 1/2 years to settle on a paint color for the bathroom! That said, I LOVE the color I settled on so i feel it was worth the wait.
As for your space, I like the bright cream color between the blue and pink paint chips. It would make your curtain and the painting pop, and it would be a fresh change if you have similar blues and greys in the rest of your home. I do tend to choose darker colors, but in a bathroom it’s nice to have a color that will reflect light (makes it easier to apply makeup).
As for the weaning, isn’t it funny how different babies are? My son didn’t want to give up nursing, and then we finally got him on a bottle and then when it was time to give that up- surprise! Didn’t want to! For him, we just let him go hungry. Not for a long time, but I would stretch the time between feedings to make him more receptive to alternative methods of feeding. Sounds cruel, but works. This also works when your baby is older and becomes a fussy eater. They’re more likely to eat (even if they don’t really love the food) if they’re good and hungry.
My daughter weaned herself. She did everything herself. I don’t know what exactly she needed me for.
Oh, PS- if you do this, you’ll probably need to pump so you don’t become engorged. My SIL says that mastitis is a beyotch!

First of all, I don’t really see your bathroom as beige…more of a light taupe. I think the grey would be better knowing that the tile is pink and burgundy (that is right, isn’t it?). It seems to me that the blue up against the pink tile is less appealing than the grey. But I just realized all the rooms in your house are either blue or grey. Makes taupey beige seem more interesting.

Oh, I love the shower curain. It is so pretty. I would say, light gray or white. I’m not much help. I can’t take my eyes off the shower curtain!!!

I used to hate beige but a I have got older it has grown on me. My daughters room is beige, but to me it looks like really milky coffee.
And also as I’ve got older I’ve violently turned away from peach and lilac, which I loved in the eighties (shudder)

I like the light grey because I like a light bathroom, but maybe an accent of dark grey would be nice, like Elizabeth suggests. I love grey and pink together. Can’t wait to see it finished!

I like the light grey but I also think some shade of white would be a great contrast to the curtain and painting. I like Elizabeth’s idea to paint the wall behind the toilet a different color regardless of what you paint the other walls. Can’t wait to see what you decide!

I like that top blue. My duvet is similar to your shower curtain and I am waiting for some warm weather to paint my room a frost blue like Rebekah suggested.
