Right now, Jacob:
- Walks like a champ
- Actually, he runs a bit too
- Laughs at himself
- Is content to just get a Tigger and a book for his birthday
- Has a mullet
- Makes gurgling sounds and trills
- Makes lovey eyes at me
- Nurses
- Rests his finger on his nose as he sucks his thumb
- Says “mama” and “dada” and cannot say “Emily”
- But he does love Emily
- And Sesame Street
- Shakes his head to be funny
- Plays the tambourine while dancing/bouncing
- Obsesses over the remote control
- Has a natural radar for anything-that-we-didn’t-mean-to-leave-within-his-reach
He’s pretty great, and we love him so. Happy birthday, little one!
