I don’t know why I procrastinate the way I do. Like how did it take me over a month to get quilt blocks in the mail (quilt blocks that were already quite late)? Anyway.
I decided to redo Tracy’s block. I just couldn’t make it work for me. Now it has some texture.

And I managed to do Kathryn’s 9-patch block within 36 hours of receiving her material.

Which is quite a feat for this procrastinator. Now that I’m caught up on 12 Square, here’s a peak at my next project:

Dear Kristena,
I love the block with the house. The texture is wonderful! I love the 9-patch block, too! So sweet and vintage! You did a great job!
I look forward to seeing more of your current project.
Love, Paula

nice blocks! I procrastinate, too… although I am current at this point! That nine patch shouldn’t take too long. I really like yours. :)
Now, that purple print? I’m in love. Cannot wait. You know me and gathers.

Cool! Fun to see Tracy’s block on your blog and on Pink Picket Fence. A different take on the same fabric. I love them both.
And I’m very intruigued with what you’re doing next….

Procrastinate? You’re so productive! I’d appreciate a blog post on how you find time for creativity with two little ones, too. I’ll take any advice you’re willing to give…
