They’re called Salt Water Sandals, and they’re awesome.  You may have had them as a child.  Comfortable, leather, water-resistant, available in a multitude of colors, and you can find them used (and cheap!) on eBay.  I got these for $10.  When they arrived, I immediately put them on and took pictures.  That’s how happy I was. :)

    Yes!! I had these when I was little and then during high school I wanted a pair in my size so bad, but I couldn’t find ones for adults ANYwhere. And then just a few years ago I was at Ross and found them! They are my most comfortable sandals and I love them.

    I grew up in these–I love them! I was going to get them for my own daughter, but the $40 price tag dissuaded me. I’ll have to check out eBay, too.
