Things are happening. Crazy nail-polish-all-over-the-bathroom-and-Emily (again) things and shirt-and-jeans-on-backwards-while-stealing-a-stick-from-Brother things and refashioned-thrift-store-finds-so-one-day-soon-I-can-open-an-Etsy-shop things. There are just a whole lot of Works in Progress around here.

Oooh, that looks intriguing. At first, I thought it was a red skirt with striped inset pleats but that’s a pocket lining, isn’t it?
However, now I want a red skirt with candy-striped godets!

Sounds like the same sorts of things that are happening at my place! My toddler (thankfully) hasn’t discovered nail polish yet, but he does know how to make messes (and he likes to tell me after they’re made: “make BIG mess”). And I’m also working toward starting an Etsy store of my own. : ) Great minds must think alike.

That is exactly how things are right now here–in progress. Lots of goings on but not a bunch to show. I do love the red and stripe fabric! I can’t wait to see it all finished!
